The courier will either leave your parcel in a safe place, with a neighbour, or take it to a local collection point. You'll receive an email with the next steps and tracking link.

30-day returns on unused, unopened items in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns on items that have been opened or used.

Yes. Every product uses body-safe materials — medical-grade silicone, phthalate-free plastics, body-safe glass and ceramics. We don't stock anything that doesn't meet UK and EU safety standards.

Most products are made from medical-grade silicone, phthalate-free ABS plastic, body-safe glass, or stainless steel. Each product page lists exact materials.

We don't stock jelly, PVC or porous materials that can't be properly cleaned.

Always follow the care instructions included with your product. As a general rule, clean before and after each use with warm water and a dedicated toy cleaner.

Silicone products can usually be cleaned with mild soap. Never use silicone lube with silicone toys (see below). Store in the pouch or box provided to keep things hygienic.

Water-based lubricant is safe with all materials.

Silicone lubricant can degrade silicone products — only use silicone lube with non-silicone toys (glass, stainless steel, ABS). When in doubt, water-based is always safe.

Most modern products are USB-rechargeable. Some use replaceable batteries — we'll always say which on the product page. Battery-required products list the battery type and quantity needed.

Most of our products are vegan — silicone, glass, steel and plastic are all animal-free. Some products may contain ingredients to be aware of (e.g. lubricants with glycerin). Each product page indicates if a product is vegan-friendly.

Most products come with a manufacturer's warranty — typically 1 to 5 years depending on the brand. Warranty length is listed on each product page where applicable. If a product fails within warranty, we handle the claim for you.
