Your right to cancel

You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. Just tell us at customerservice@orgazm.co.uk, then send the item back within 14 days of telling us. We'll refund the item price and the standard delivery charge within 14 days of getting the item back (or proof that you've sent it). Return postage is paid by you, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing.

Our 30-day returns

On top of your legal right to cancel, you can return unused items in their sealed original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Hygiene-sealed items

For hygiene reasons, intimate products can't be returned once the seal or protective packaging has been opened after delivery. This doesn't apply to items that are faulty, damaged or not as described.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

If something arrives damaged, faulty, not as described, or isn't what you ordered, contact us at customerservice@orgazm.co.uk. Photos help us sort it quickly. We'll repair, replace or refund it in line with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and we'll cover the return postage. Your rights aren't limited to a set number of days.

How to send something back

Please contact us before sending anything back, and we'll give you the returns address and instructions.

Sale items

Sale items have the same rights as full-price items.

Refunds

Refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few extra working days to show it.
