Every order ships in plain, unmarked packaging. No logos. No brand names. No product descriptions. Just a parcel.
Your card statement shows a generic business name — not ORGAZM, and nothing that hints at the nature of your purchase. Your privacy isn't a feature. It's the default.
The fine print, plainly.
- We deliver to all UK mainland addresses, across Europe, and internationally.
- Orders placed before 2pm on working days are dispatched the same day.
- You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.
- Deliveries run Monday to Saturday (excluding bank holidays).
- If you're not in, the courier will leave the parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour.
- International delivery times vary by destination — please allow up to 14 working days.
If something isn't right, we'll fix it.
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn't, here's how returns work — no fuss.
- 30-day returns on unused, unopened items in their original packaging.
- Hygiene policy: for health and safety reasons, we can't accept returns on items that have been opened or used. This applies to all intimate products.
- Faulty items: if your product arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund immediately.
- Wrong item: if we sent the wrong product, we'll cover return postage and send the correct one straight away.
Returning an item is simple.
- Contact our team with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll provide a returns address and any instructions.
- Post the item back in its original packaging. We recommend tracked postage.
- Once received and inspected, your refund is processed within 5–7 working days.
- Refunds return to the original payment method.
What to expect from a refund.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days of receiving your return.
- Your bank may take an additional 3–5 working days to show the refund on your statement.
- Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
