Using it safely

A vacuum pump draws blood into the penis by suction; any effect is temporary.

Follow the instructions that come with the pump. Start with low pressure, keep sessions short and release the vacuum before you take the cylinder off. Stop straight away if you feel pain, numbness or coldness, and never fall asleep with the pump on. Speak to your GP first if you have a circulation or blood-clotting condition, take blood-thinning medication or have concerns about your erections.
